Frequently asked questions
What does an animation cost?
A logo animation up to fifteen seconds starts at €149. A social media animation is €199, an animated infographic €349 and a full explainer video €499. Want it longer? Then 15 to 45 seconds adds €149 and 45 to 90 seconds €349. In the configurator you see the total update as you make your choices.
Can you animate my logo?
Yes, that is the most requested piece and the quickest to finish. You get a short intro or outro of a few seconds, and if you want, a transparent overlay file that you lay over your own footage. Supply your logo as a vector file (AI, SVG or EPS). A sharp animation cannot be made from a JPG or a screenshot.
What do I have to supply myself?
Your logo as vector, your colour codes and your typeface. Also the content: what exactly needs to be explained, which steps, figures or product names belong in it and what your viewer should do afterwards. If you already have a script or storyboard, send it along. If not, we write the storyline from your briefing and present it to you first.
Do I also get the video vertically for Reels and Stories?
Yes, and it is more work than a different export setting. When converting from 16:9 to 9:16, texts and shapes have to be placed again, otherwise they fall out of frame. Extra formats cost €79. If you tell us in advance that you serve several channels, we already take that into account in the design.
Does the animation also work with the sound off?
That is what we design it for. A large part of social videos is watched without sound, so the core message has to be visible without voice-over. We put the most important words on screen and supply a separate subtitle file (.srt), so you can choose per platform how to use it.
What does a voice-over or music cost on top?
A professional Dutch voice-over is €99, including recording and editing into your video. You choose a male or female voice, or another language. Licensed music costs €49. If you supply a voice or a track yourself, those options are free; with your own music we do ask for the usage rights.
Do you do 3D too?
Yes. 3D comes at €299 on top of the animation, because it has to be modelled, lit and rendered. If you already have a 3D model or a CAD file of your product, we use that as a basis. Otherwise we build a simple model. For most explainer videos 2D does the job fine and is faster.
Where can I use the animation?
On your website, in your socials, in paid ads and in presentations. In the configurator you indicate which channels matter, then we match length, crop and text size to them. An animation that has to work on a projector needs larger letters than one that passes by on a phone.
