On your own key
You choose the provider: OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, OpenRouter or a model on your own server. You enter your own API key there. Then you pay for your usage directly, with no mark-up from us. No key? Then it runs on ours.
Questions become enquiries
In the lead version it asks for a name and email address as soon as it gets stuck. That enquiry lands in your admin area, with the conversation attached, so you know where someone got stuck.
We fill in the knowledge base together with you at handover.

What does an AI chatbot cost?
A compact AI chatbot starts at €499 one-off, plus a small monthly amount for hosting and usage. More extensive agents with integrations we scope together; we often start compact and expand.
What is the chatbot trained on?
On what you give it: your frequently asked questions, whole pages of your site and documents such as a price list or your terms. We cut those up and put them in a search index, so it finds the right passage for every question. Anything that is not in there, it does not know.
Will it make things up about my business?
The whole system is built around that. With every question it only gets the passages found in your knowledge as the permitted source, and the instruction to say it does not know when the answer is not among them. In the admin you see with every test answer which source it used.
Who owns the AI key?
You do, if you want. You choose your provider (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, OpenRouter, NVIDIA or a model on your own server) and enter your own API key; then the usage runs through your account. If you would rather not deal with that, it runs on our key.
Can it make appointments?
Yes, we can connect the chatbot to your calendar or booking system.
