For €29 extra you get a PDF with 3 mm bleed all round, crop marks and colours in CMYK. That comes with advice on paper: around 250 gsm feels sturdy enough, and a matt lamination shows greasy fingers and drops less quickly.

Frequently asked questions
What does a menu cost?
€79 for the design of one menu. A second menu, for example the drinks menu, we put on the same setup and you order separately. Print-ready delivery costs €29 extra and the editable source files are €49. If you also let us print and deliver, that starts at €99, with the printing costs depending on size, paper, finish and quantity.
How many revision rounds are included?
One round on copy, prices and layout. With a menu that round is usually about a dish that still has to be added or a price that has just changed. So go through the menu calmly with your kitchen before you send it back, then one round is enough in practice.
What happens when my prices change?
Then you send the new prices and we adjust the source file. You get a new print-ready PDF back. Because the layout stays in place, that is a small change and not a new design assignment, and your menu still looks the same after the adjustment.
In which file formats do I get the menu?
A print-ready PDF for the printer and a lighter PDF for your website or your QR menu. If you want to work in the menu yourself, the editable source files are a separate option of €49, or you take a Canva template for €79 in which you only swap the lines.
Can I adjust the menu myself?
With the Canva template of €79, yes. In it you type new dishes and prices and the layout stays in place. Note one thing: what you export from Canva yourself is usually not print-ready, because the bleed and the colour profile are missing. For the printer you had better let us prepare that PDF.
Do you deliver print-ready?
Yes, for €29. You get a PDF in CMYK with 3 mm bleed all round, crop marks and images at 300 dpi. That bleed is background that continues beyond the final size, so there are no white edges along the side after cutting. Text and prices we keep at least 5 mm inside the size, so nothing is lost.
Do I have to supply the dishes and prices myself?
Yes. Send the dishes in the order you want, with the descriptions, the prices and the allergens per dish. If a price is missing, we place a visible placeholder and let you know. We do not make up dishes and we do not touch your prices.
Which paper should I choose?
For a menu that goes across the table daily, around 250 gsm works well: sturdy enough not to curl. A matt lamination keeps grease and moisture out and does not shine under your lights. If you change your menu every week, thinner paper without lamination is cheaper and perfectly fine.
