Your domain name is the address, the hosting is the building and DNS is the signposting in between. At many businesses those three sit with different suppliers, with login details someone once created and nobody can find any more. We bring it together: we register or transfer your domains, set the DNS records correctly and create mailboxes on your own domain.
Existing mail we bring along with an IMAP copy, so your folders, attachments and old messages are simply there again after the switch. You get one overview of which domain sits where, when it expires and which addresses are active. Hosting of the website itself runs through the platform subscription, from €29 per month.

Frequently asked questions
What do domain and business email cost with you?
An extra .nl domain is €1 per month. A premium extension such as .com or .shop starts at €3 per month. Business email is €5 per month for the first mailbox including management; info@ is included and extra addresses cost €1 per month each. One-off jobs have a one-off amount: setting up DNS and domain connections is €29, migrating an existing mailbox €49 per mailbox. If your website is with another party, we charge €49 setup.
Can my existing domain name come along?
Yes. For a .nl domain you request a transfer token from your current registrar; that code is valid for thirty days and SIDN itself charges nothing for a transfer between registrars. We submit the request and keep track of whether it is approved. If your old provider does not cooperate, there is an escalation procedure at SIDN in which they still get a deadline to hand over the code. Your site and mail keep running in the meantime, because transferring the registration does not change your DNS by itself.
Will I lose old email if I switch?
Not if we keep to the order. First we copy your whole mailbox with an IMAP sync while your old account simply keeps running, including folder structure and read status. A day in advance we lower the TTL of your MX record, so the switch takes effect quickly. Only once the new mailbox has been tested do we switch MX, and after that we run another sync for the messages that came in in between.
Who owns the domain name if you register it?
Your business. We put the holder details in your own name or company name and we are listed as administrator. If you want to go to another party, we hand over the transfer token as soon as you ask. We do not hold on to domains to make you stay.
Why does my business mail end up in the spam folder?
Usually because the receiving server cannot establish that the message really comes from your domain. There are three DNS records for that: SPF states which servers may send on your behalf, DKIM signs the message and DMARC tells the receiver what to do if one of those two fails. We set them up in that order and check with a test send that they get through. A fresh domain then still needs a few weeks to build trust with the large providers.
Can I get several email addresses?
Yes, you configure them yourself in the configurator. info@ is included, and addresses such as sales@, service@, administration@ or yourname@ cost €1 per month each. Per mailbox you choose the storage: 5 GB as standard, 25 GB for €2 extra or 50 GB for €4 extra. Adding or removing addresses later is no problem.
I no longer know where my domain and mail are. Can you find out?
That happens more often than you think. We look publicly at which registrar holds your domain and which nameservers and MX records are attached to it; from that we read who serves your website and who handles your mail. After that you only have to do the account recovery at that party or request the transfer token. We do not need passwords for that and do not ask for them.
Is hosting of my website part of this too?
Hosting runs with us through the platform subscription, from €29 per month, with SSL and backups included. This page is about the layer around it: domains, DNS management and business email. If you host your website elsewhere, we can still manage your domain and mail; for that we charge €49 setup.
