What does it cost to have copy written?
It starts at €75 for one blog article. Website copy costs €149 for three pages, every extra page €49. Product descriptions we charge per product (€9), a newsletter costs €99 and a set of ten social captions also €99. In the configurator you tick what you need and see the total before you order.
What do you need from me?
The audience, what that reader should do after reading, and the facts that belong in it: prices, terms, guarantees and customer proof. If you have a briefing, a keyword list or sample texts you like, you upload them along in the configurator. If your tone of voice is not written down anywhere, you choose one from four styles and we keep to it.
Do you write with AI?
AI is part of our writing process, but the input comes from you and nothing goes out unread. Google judges whether a page is useful and original; who typed the text does not count in that. Thin copy that appears the same way on a hundred other sites performs badly. That is why we ask in advance for your figures, your terms and your examples, because that is exactly the part a generic text lacks.
How long should such a text be?
The subject decides that. A service page where someone only wants a price and a phone number may be short. An article in which you compare four options naturally becomes longer. We write as long as the search query requires; padding words to reach a count gets you nothing.
Can you hit my tone?
You choose in advance from professional and business, approachable and personal, playful and informal, or premium and refined. If you supply existing texts or a tone of voice guide, we write towards that. Having everything written in one place has one clear advantage: your homepage, your blog and your mailings sound the same afterwards.
Do you do the keyword work too?
For €49 we write the copy with SEO in mind. You choose whether you supply keywords yourself, whether we use existing research, or whether we determine the search intent per page. If you first want full keyword research with a page plan underneath, that belongs to our SEO service and you order it there.
I never keep up blogging myself. Does this change that?
Blogging usually strands on two things: it takes more time than expected and the result only shows after months. If you take articles per item or per month, the writing is no longer on your pile and something keeps appearing even in a busy month. If you want to set the topics ahead of time, the content calendar is meant for that.
Which languages do you write in?
Dutch is the default and included in the price. English on top costs €49, and you indicate whether it should be British, American or international English. Dutch and English together costs €99. Another language or several languages at once starts at €99; you then tell us which languages and countries it concerns.
