Setting up your profile costs €99 one-off: claim and verification guidance, business details, categories and services. For €199 local SEO is added, with a check of your landing page, structured data and a photo and content plan. If you want us to keep it up to date, that is €99 one-off plus €49 per month for updates and insights. An extra location or service area we charge at €79.

The profile itself costs nothing at Google, and that does not change. You pay us for the work around it: finding out which category makes you visible, filling in all the fields, getting through the verification, getting photos in order and making your website match it. If you want to do it yourself, that is perfectly fine. Most business owners call us because they do not get round to it or get stuck somewhere.

Google chooses the method and for most businesses that is now video. You make one recording without cuts: your frontage with the business name on it, the space inside, and an action that shows you work there, for example opening the till or logging into your system. We write out in advance what has to be in the picture and in which order. If the recording is rejected, we look at what was missing and you submit again.

That happens more often than you think, usually through an old agency or a departed employee. You request access from the current manager through Google, and they get a number of days to respond. If no response comes, you can claim the management. We submit the request, keep an eye on the deadline and then put the profile on your account.

A suspension usually comes from something in the details: an address that does not match your registration, a category that does not fit what you do, or a business name with keywords in it. We go through the profile, remove what goes against Google's guidelines and then submit the appeal. Google decides on reinstatement itself, so we cannot promise an outcome.

Yes. If you work at customers' locations, you set a service area instead of a visiting address: a number of places or a radius around your base. Your address then stays hidden on your profile. For the verification Google does want to see that the business exists, so keep your company van, tools and stationery at hand.

We do not promise that, and whoever does promise it cannot deliver. Google weighs among other things the distance between you and the person searching, how complete and relevant your profile is, and what your reviews say. We have no influence on that distance. On the rest we do, and that is where the work is.

Yes. Each location gets its own profile with its own opening hours, phone number and photos, and where it makes sense its own landing page on your site. We keep the setup identical per location, so you can compare them side by side. Above the first location we charge €79 per extra location or service area.
