What does an internal knowledge assistant cost?
From €899 one-off, plus a small monthly amount for hosting and usage. That includes setting up the knowledge base with your existing documents and access for your team.
Which documents can it handle?
PDFs, Word files, web pages and plain text: manuals, work instructions, safety regulations, price lists. We cut them up and put them in a search index, so it finds the right passage per question.
Do our documents stay private?
Yes. The knowledge base runs in your own environment and the AI runs on your own key if you want. You decide who has access, and your documents are not used to train models.
What if the answer is not in the documents?
Then it says so. The system is built so it only answers with what is in your sources and otherwise refers to a colleague who knows.
